No matter what type of contract you purchase from us, we guarantee to discharge the same duty of customer care. That means you’re never a contract number to us. We’ll know who you are, the business you’re in, and the systems and software you use. And we’ll keep ourselves aware of your business by talking to you and visiting you regularly.
Of course we’ll fix any problems as they occur, but we can also use what we know about you to recognise issues that will affect you.
We believe you should always know exactly what you’re paying for, so we advocate simple and totally transparent contracts.
We offer contracts to suit all requirements, from full parts-and-labour to blocks of time to be used as you wish. We can also offer Network Administration contracts for customers who don’t want to employ a full-time administrator, but don’t want the inherent responsibilities tying up other members of staff either.
All service calls are logged in our central system and allocated to our experienced engineers. Every one of our technical staff is highly trained, with proven ability in service and support.
